Our Services
Screw pile foundations
Ground screws are installed using specialised machinery, which screws them into the ground. The depth of installation depends on the specific soil conditions and load requirements. Installation is typically fast and efficient, with minimal disturbance to the surrounding area.
Sip panel buildings
SIPs are prefabricated panels made up of an insulating foam core sandwiched between two structural boards, typically made of oriented strand board (OSB). This construction method provides excellent insulation properties, making SIP garden studios highly energy-efficient and cost-effective in the long run.
Electrical installation
Test and Certification: Upon completion of the installation, We have it tested and inspected by a qualified electrician. They will issue an Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC) or Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificate (MEIWC) to confirm that the installation meets the required standards.
Drainage connection

We plasterboard and skim-finish the inside of all our studios and annexes. Using foil-backed plasterboard.
Once dry we apply a paint finish to the walls and ceilings.

We install quality laminate flooring in all living areas, and vinyl to bathrooms and shower rooms. In a choice of colours and shades.
Epdm Roofing
EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) is a synthetic rubber roofing membrane that is commonly used for flat or low-slope roofs. It is durable, flexible, and resistant to UV rays, weathering, and various chemicals. With a 20-year warranty.
External cladding
We have several external cladding options available to suit all clients’ tastes or applications. James Hardie plank cladding is a maintenance-free cement board and provides perfect external fire protection against neighboring boundaries.
Ecoscape cladding can also be a suitable option for garden studios. Ecoscape cladding comes in various styles, colours, and textures, allowing you to choose a design that suits your garden studio. It can mimic the appearance of natural wood while offering the benefits of composite material, such as low maintenance and increased longevity.
